Someone told me you can just but unless there are some long bolts on the left side of the intake it won't balance right when i lift it up. Just decided to have a little fun when i got bored.

Ive seen shock spacers but only for 2wd. I have a 99 ranger with the 2.5 4 cylinder too and i bought mine new shes got like 76k on her now, and the entire fuel system is original. Ford ranger lifted 3 inches with 3 inch body lift | ford. I think it is amazing.
